Gmail access and use
Gmail authorization permits read-only access to information needed for requested searches, including account identifiers, message metadata, message content, and requested attachments. The tool searches four authorized Gmail accounts. It does not send, delete, or modify messages, or bulk-ingest entire mailboxes.
Read-only describes Gmail permissions. Selected information can still be processed outside Gmail.
ChatGPT processing
An agent using an OpenAI ChatGPT subscription processes search queries, selected message content, and requested attachment content to help answer searches and summarize information.
Selected results pass to the requesting ChatGPT agent. ChatGPT conversations and provider-side retention are outside the connector's control. Data use and retention depend on the applicable subscription, account/workspace settings, and OpenAI policies. The relevant account controls have not been verified; no zero-retention or no-training guarantee is made.
Content storage and retention
The connector does not create a disk cache or temporary content files for message bodies or attachments. It handles this content in memory. It does not guarantee immediate memory erasure or deletion on a timer. ChatGPT transcripts and any separately saved outputs are not covered by the connector's lack of a disk content cache.
Authorization tokens
Authorization tokens persist to maintain connected-account access. They are currently stored without application-level encryption, with access restricted to the owner. An encrypted token helper is under review and has not been installed; planned encryption is not a current safeguard.
Interrupted token refreshes can leave remnants. There is no automatic token deletion or secure-erasure guarantee.
Revocation and deletion requests
You can revoke Gmail authorization through Google. Revocation prevents continued authorized access but does not itself delete stored tokens or ChatGPT-side content. Contact Red Planet for a deletion request. This policy does not promise a fixed deletion deadline, deletion from every backup, or control over provider-side retention.

These static pages contain no external analytics, account-connection form, or contact form. Standard hosting may generate access logs. This policy does not promise a fixed access-log retention period.
